ERA Vintage Wear is a registered, incorporated Canadian company, based in Montreal, established in 2004. We must oblige by our provincial and federal taxation regulations. We accept all major credit cards and PayPal as forms of payment.

  • Shipping times may vary, but we are usually able to ship orders within 4-7 business days of purchase (this may vary depending on location.)

                  • Our selected carriers within Canada and the U.S. deliver on business days, excluding holidays.

                  • All orders will be shipped in either heavy-duty plastic bags or corrugated boxes.

  We offer free shipping on returns for customers who were eligible for the free shipping on orders over CAD 200$

 When you return an item, we will refund the entire amount that was charged to your payment method (shipping, if applicable + taxes)

*Please note: we will not accept items for return past 10 days of receiving your item or that have been damaged (stained, ripped, modified), if you would like to return an item, see how to do so below.


1. How long should I expect shipping my order to take? Will I be able to track it?

Please allow up to 24 hours for us to process your order. Once your order is ready for shipment, you will receive a notification by email or test (whichever option chosen at checkout). Depending on the delivery method chosen at checkout (standard or expedited), you will receive your order in 3-5 business days for standard shipping, and 1-2 business days for expedited shipping. You will receive a link to track your package once it has reached our carrier.

2. Am I able to return an item in exchange for something else?

  • At this time, please be advised that we do not offer an exchange of products for online purchases. If you would like to return an item, you must meet the requirements of our return policy: (1) returned within 10 days of delivery date, (2) items have not been damaged (stained, ripped, modified), (3) must be in original shipping condition, and (4) must provide updated invoice copy found in your box when shipped.

*We offer a full refund of the item amount + taxes.

3. Do you offer returns in store?

No, returns are only available through our online platform. Due to the nature of the designs we create and as they are one-ok-a-kind, when you shop in store, most of our ERA girls opt to have Elaine modify and tailor pieces exactly to their bodies. Furthermore, once an original item has been modified to fit exactly your needs, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on these products.

4. If I buy something online but would like to get it modified and/or tailored to fit my body type exactly can I do so in store?

Yes! If you purchase something on our online store and live in the Montreal area, you can visit us anytime at the store during our opening hours and Elaine will be able to fit your item(s) exactly how you would like them! Once you have had an appointment for modifications with Elaine, please allow us up to 10-12 days to tailor your item(s).

If you choose to purchase something online and have it modified in store with us, you receive $10 off the cost of the modifications. If the cost of the repair would be under $10, it will be done free of charge!

5. If I purchase something (in-store or online) and it gets damaged through wear am I able to come in-store and have it reapired?

Yes. If you purchased something online or in store that has been damaged because of use, Elaine is able to fix it for a cost. We cannot provide exact costs for these services. 6. How do I return an item online?

  1. 1. Take one (1) copy of the original invoice and circle the item you are returning.
  2. 2. For each item returned, please indicate reason for return.
  3. 3. Carefully pack the items you wish to return along with the updated invoice (steps 1 & 2)
  4. 4. Mail package to our store ERA Vintage Wear (999 rue du College, suite 44, Montreal, Quebec, Canada, H4C 2S2)

*PLEASE NOTE: Please be sure to apply sufficient postage to ensure delivery of your return package. We encourage the use of a traceable shipping method for your return, as we are not responsible for lost parcels. We do not accept COD or collect deliveries.

Returns will be refunded using the same payment method as for the original purchase, please allow time for the parcels to arrive back to us.

Returns will be credited to the credit card used in the original transaction. Shipping charges cannot be refunded. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the return to be credited.
